Find Facebook fan pages

This feature allows to find Facebook fan pages by keywords. Findings will appear under the Facebook->Fan pages tab in the software.

It is also possible to search pages by the number of fans.

Requirements

Before using this feature, please make sure you have the following:

  1. At least one validated Facebook account - this account will be used to search for the fan pages on Facebook. If you specify multiple accounts, the software will be able to use them in parallel.

How to use this feature

Go to Main menu->Wizards->Facebook and select the corresponding wizard there.

Enter the number of fan pages you need to find and the keywords you're looking for.

Please note, that the actual number of fan pages added may differ. For example, if you want to find 100 fan pages, but Facebook finds only 20 (based on the keywords and restrictions you specified), then only 20 pages will be added, and not 100.

If you want to narrow down the search by the number of fans, you can do that by specifying minimum and maximum number of fans. If you leave these boxes empty, then all pages will be added, regardless of the number of fans they have. If you specify the Minimum number of fans only and leave the Maximum number of fans box empty, then only the pages with the number of fans above Minimum number of fans will be added. If you specify the Maximum number of fans only and leave the Minimum number of fans box empty, then only the pages with the number of fans below Maximum number of fans will be added. If you specify both the Minimum number of fans and Minimum number of fans, then only the pages with the number of fans between the Minimum number of fans abd Maximum number of fans will be added.

You will also need to specify one or more Facebook accounts that will be used to perform the search. Usually one account is enough, but if you specified multiple keywords in the search box or used tokens there - you may ask the software to distribute the search across many accounts in parallel.

If you specify destination campaign, fan pages will be placed into that campaign, otherwise they will appear under Global campaign. You can learn more about Campaigns here

Finally, you can set the Schedule for this task. If left empty, the task will start immediately, as soon as you click "Finish" button. Otherwise, it will be scheduled to run at the time (or times) of your choice. This article covers scheduling feature in detail.

This feature creates a Bulk task. Please read more about bulk tasks and how to manage them here
